Everything About Emiliannas is Family, beginning with our name, which is a combination of my parents names, Emilio and Antonette. Our family recipes have been passed down through generations. My mother Antonette (Nana) is 97 years old, and works at the deli most days, baking bread, making meatballs, and many signature dishes. My husband, Bob, makes our homemade sausage from scratch from my ancestor’s recipe from Italy. He also manages the bookkeeping. My oldest son, Corbett, works for a leading food distributor and keeps us informed of all the latest food trends, while providing us with the best quality food products. Aaron, our youngest son, does all of our computer work and sends out our weekly menus. April, my daughter-in-law, works at the deli most days, providing great customer service and keeps our bakery case full of delicious treats. She also is a big help with our catering events. Lily and Sam, my grandchildren, provide essential quality-control as our dessert testers! In addition to my immediate family we have a wonderful extended “family” of part-time professional staff that help with our catering and deli needs.
